Indian Hotels modifies rights issue plan

CHENNAI: Indian Hotels Company Ltd has informed the BSE that the board of directors, at a meeting on September 27 for approving the draft of the offer document to be filed with the SEBI, has decided to modify one of the two instruments comprising the rig hts issue.
