Everything’s Bigger in Dallas
If there ever was a greater city than Dallas, it has not yet been discovered. Ok, it probably has, but when you are in Dallas you are guaranteed to forget all other places. It is the eighth largest city in the nation and that is no small achievement. It is a great spot to visit if you haven’t been there before, some people even say it is the number one place to go to relax in Texas. In a place that claims to make everything bigger, it is no wonder that even the smallest hotel here feels like a luxury Dallas hotel . It isn’t what you can do inside the hotel that is great though, it is what you can do when you get out.
Dallas has more than thirteen entertainment districts, and there is always one near by any hotel you might be staying in. There are a also a number of shopping districts, with some of the finest shopping in all of Texas. Depending on what you are shopping for it may even be some of the finest shopping in the Southwest, although it is undisputed that there are other places that have better art markets in the Southwest. That doesn’t mean not to look for art there though, there are also a number of galleries that serve all kinds of tastes.
