Blackstone offers room service as new Hilton Hotels owner
Traffic moves past the Atlantic City Hilton in New Jersey. Blackstone Group, the US private equity behemoth, became the new owner of the world’s biggest hotel group Wednesday, as it announced its takeover of Hilton Hotels was completed.
