Australia, or Down Under as it is also known, is a truly magnificent place.  There are many things to do for people of all types.  There are different levels of hiking that can accommodate hikers of all experience.  Snorkeling and diving in and around the Great Barrier Reef.  Finding a hotel in Australia can be easy if you book in advance.  You can also find hotels at cheaper rates depending on when you plan on traveling.  Flying and staying in Melbourne, for example, would be much more expensive when the Australian Open is playing.  Also, when planning a vacation Down Under remember that their seasons are flipped compared to the Northern hemisphere; their winter is our summer.
