Strategic Hotels Sells New Orleans Hotel

Strategic Hotels & Resorts Inc., a hotel real estate investment trust, said Wednesday it agreed to sell the Hyatt Regency New Orleans for $32 million to Poydras Properties Hotel Holdings Co.
