Sinclairs Hotels to issue shares at Rs 172 each

MUMBAI: Sinclairs Hotels Ltd said on Friday that its board had approved a preferential issue of shares at Rs 172 each. The company will also allot warrants that allows the holder to subscribe to each share at the same price.
