Kotak India Real Estate Fund Buys 11.11% In Pride Hotels

NEW DELHI -(Dow Jones)- India’s Pride Hotel Group, which operates four five- star hotels, Thursday said it sold a 11.11% stake to Kotak India Real Estate Fund for INR450 million to build new hotels and expand existing hotels.
