Host Hotels’ CEO goes to Hilton

CEO at lodging REIT will be succeeded by CFO. BETHESDA, Md. (AP) — Lodging real estate investment trust Host Hotels & Resorts Inc. said Monday President and Chief Executive Christopher J. Nassetta resigned to take on the same roles at Hilton Hotels Corp.
