INDIAN HOTELS CO TO US$212 MLN VIA RIGHTS ISSUE
Share/credit issues Indian Hotels Company (BSE:500850), that runs the Taj group of hotels, said Thursday it will raise Rs 8440 million (US$212.7 million) through issue of equity shares on rights basis in 1:5 ratio at a price of Rs 70 each.
